Our room was positioned perfectly clean and friendly. The staff was amazing. The Sea Horse Resterant has the best steak I have ate in my life. The beach (by far)was the best we had seen in the 14 days and 3 different islands we visited. We are already planning our trip for next year. Same room same time only thing different is we will not leave for any other island. This place screams tropical paradise!

Hotel is a bit far (for some folks) from the air port or the strip in town but this is why you leave the city. The hotel next door is top of the line and has a nice beach too. Napili Kai has a web cam on your beach, wave and let folks at home say hi!

The staff is top of the line. They blow a shell horn at night and it sounds like a ship (at sunset) the lobby area is open and warm. The little things are what sets this hotel apart from the others, here are a few to keep in mind. Free laundry soap in the washer and dryer room. Morning coffee at the lobby with chairs and couchs to socialize. Free parking!!!! (that really pissed me off) at the other hotels I stayed at, you pay to stay at a hotel and then they nick you for more cash with a charge to park in their parking lot (not here though) . Every single staff person I had contact with was nice?

Food was great! Breakfast was awesome. I like the fair prices on drinks at the bar. Nothing makes me run faster than a over priced drink!

Bike down the volcano! (Dont do the sunrise trip though) Pass on the road to hanna unless you drive it yourself, we got sick with our driver speeding aroiund the 635 turns. Had a ball zip linning! Drive your self to the IAO needle! We stayed there the week before Memorial day, it was not crowded at all!
